Requirements :

• Entry level; Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
• Diploma or Degree or some work experience will be a plus
• Secretarial Training is a plus; the post can be called Secretary if preferred
• Good at general typing and computer skills, e.g. English and Chinese Word processing, Excel and etc.
• Good in spoken English and Cantonese; basic Putonghua
• Good written English
• Pleasant, flexible, self-motivated, willing to learn
• Well organized, reliable, honest and responsible
• Able to come to work on time
• Able to work as a team-player

•    HKIA member or equivalent
•    minimum 2 years experience in project administration and co-ordination for Architect
•    minimum 6 years experience for Senior Architect
•    Well versed with local building regulations 
•    Good at detailing and working drawings
•    Good design sense and experience in design a plus
•    CAD and graphic skills
•    BIM knowledge would be advantageous

Besides project administration and co-ordination, talented designers will be considered for the post of Design Architect.
