The High One is a residential tower made up of predominantly micro residential units for modern city living. Located on an infill site, the design façade explores the use of layering in the curtain wall with balconies and facade setbacks forming to create layered depths. The façade takes on the signature bronze colour of the Henderson H collection as a part of the developers collection of brand statements.
