The K1 sales pavilion and the development is situated near a major river in Wu Han. Inspired by the traditional Chinese river culture and riverside architecture, the concept of the pavilion is one of “floating pavilions”. The building is an assemblage of boxes and rooms with sloping roofs composed in such a way as if they were floating on the river. The boxes vary in size in response to programmatic needs.
