The award winning design of Maxim’s Centre, with the iconic building envelope and unique curtain wall expression, provides a remarkable identity for the company that is traditional yet forward thinking. The building is established as a landmark for the area, transforming the district into a distinctive commercial hub.

The 25-storey high office building with 3 basement car park floors is the headquarter office for the leading food & beverage company in Hong Kong. It provides office space as well as a convention centre and training facilities to cope with the needs of this fast growing company. Besides office space, amenity areas such as green leisure space at podium garden, sky garden, roof garden, signature canteen and gym are provided for the staff to enjoy. At the podium, a large curving glass wall forms a side atrium and features a public zone that showcases the different brands of Maxim’s. With the floors linked by a series of escalators, the movement of people animates the huge show window to the street.

Maxim’s Centre has been designed to highest environmental standard for green building and has received the HKGBC BEAM Plus Platinum Award.
