The design of the development seeks to create an authentic lifestyle experience that takes inspiration from the genius loci of its location, surroundings and history. The design is influenced by the aesthetics of traditional fishing boats, which was a part of Ap Lei Chau, and combines it with contemporary expressions to create a boutique interior design.

The arrival experience in the main lobby is designed with a traditional vaulted ceiling with wood panelling that echoes the nautical aesthetics. Entry ways such as the lift doors are designed as flat arches. Custom design lights that is reminiscent of boat lights create rhythm all of which combines to give the lobby a distinctive experience.

The clubhouse design is a merging of interior and exterior spaces. Interior spaces such as the gym sits within the podium landscape. A veranda composed of a series of arches and open ceiling fans creates a vintage style semi outdoor space that opens out onto the swimming pool creating niches spaces for the users to chill.
