Jardini is a new signature residential development by CITIC in the prestigious area of Jardine’s Lookout. The sales suite design reflects the exclusivity of the development and designed to reflect a buying experience that is more personalized and private; targeting young high net worth individuals. This is reflected in the processional and layered approach to the space design where one space is revealed after another building up to the theatre and finally the sales hall. The sales hall is designed as composition of oval enclosures for exclusive meetings between the buyers and the sales representatives in a private setting.

The small unit of the development is shown as a Japandi style unit with emphasis on simplicity and honest use of materials to reflect a contemplative lifestyle in a busy city; much like Jardine Lookout itself.

The large unit is adopts a bolder architectural approach that emphasis bold curvilinear lines and forms. Accent colours are uses to reflect a more dynamic lifestyle of a city dweller.
