Architecture

The pavilion is a purposed built sales and exhibition building with the intent to serve the sales of the major Double Cove residential development. The design utilizes the natural surroundings of the site by creating organically composed spaces that allows the merging of indoor and outdoor spaces. A series of circular rooms are interlocked to form the sales exhibition experience path. The circular rooms expand and contract in response to the function of the rooms. The rooms also open and close with flexibility in response to the exhibition and mood of the space.
