VAU Residence in Ho Man Tin is a project completed by ARK for Vanke in 2023

The project is situated on Liberty Avenue, Homantin, a quiet area in the center of vibrant Kowloon Hing Kong. The development is a residential tower with small-scale apartments and clubhouse and landscape garden facilities. 

The project began with consideration for the client’s brief and their branding aspiration. The branding goal for the client has always been developing site-specific projects which would have roots and influences on the surroundings and history of the site.
